How are Melted Head products made?
Every Melted Head product is designed and produced using advanced 3D printing technology, followed by meticulous hand-finishing and assembly. Before shipping, each product undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it’s ready for you.
How do I care for my Melted Head products?
Clean with a soft, moist towel. To disinfect, dab a cloth in rubbing alcohol and wipe thoroughly. Make sure your lamp is unplugged while you do this.
What kind of bulb can I use in my lamp? Are bulbs included?
Yes. Every light comes with a LED Bulb, bulbs have an average lifespan of 25,000 hours (roughly 3 years).
Yes you can replace the bulbs that fits for your product, please note some bulbs are too tall for some lamps, you may need some research to find the perfect one.
How do I assemble my lamp?

Why doesn't my light work?
If your light isn't turning on, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Remove and reinstall the bulb.
Test the bulb in another light and try a compatible bulb.
Plug your MeltedHead light into another outlet to rule out any electrical issues.
For the dimmerable light, with the dimmer switch in the “On” position, gently move or jiggle the power cord near the base of the light and around the dimmer switch to check for any connection issues.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, please email MeltedHead with your order number and any relevant photos or videos. Be sure to keep all packaging materials until your claim is resolved.
The item I received was damaged.

We offer a lifetime Damage Replacement Policy.
Should your lamp become damaged, simply reach out to us with your order number along with some pictures or videos. We will provide a full or partial replacement for a nominal fee. Our policy covers damages to the lamp whether caused by misuse or accidental drops.
Please be aware that this Lifetime Policy remains in effect for the duration of our business operations. We reserve the right to update or amend this policy at any time.
How does 3D printing work?
3D printing operates by feeding plastic flaments through an extruder, using nozles of diferent sizes based on the specifc requirements of the prject. What filament do you use?
Recycled PLA and recycled PETG are our main filaments.
Do you offer discounts?

What's the warranty on Melted Head products?
Melted Head's products are buit to last! Currently we offer a year waranty, guaranteeing your product is free from manufactuning and matenal detects. f youencounter any defects within a year of deliver, we'l repair or replace your light free of charge. For items outside the warranty period, we'l evaluate eachcase and do our best to fnd a fair resolution.
A few important details:
The warranty begins on your delivery date.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse or alterations.

What is your return policy? Can I change or cancel my order?
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order by notifying us no later than 7 days after receiving the products that you have ordered.
You may always cancel an order if the order has not yet been shipped for delivery.

How can I pay for my order?
Sadly, we are a small business, currently we can only accept PayPal payment, we are working on that right now, we will keep you updated.
What is the delivery time?
Normally we process your order within 3 business days. Delivery times depend on the stock status of the product, which you can check on each product page. For more details you can check our Shipping &Return policy.
How can I track my orders?
We schedule shipments with the contact details you provide at checkout (email, phone number, and delivery address). Please ensure all details are correct to avoid delays and provide any additional information, such as a door code if necessary.
Orders are delivered on weekdays during business hours. Our delivery partner will send you a tracking number once your order ships. Please monitor the tracking information. You can contact the delivery company to reschedule the delivery time.
